I am a product manager with an engineering background. At ABB I manage a portfolio of digital SaaS solutions for connectivity and monitoring, and drive its market development in more than 20 countries; before that, at Ponera Group, I led four IoT SaaS products as Product Owner. Earlier, I managed data and digital projects for clients as a consultant, and built hardware and software as an engineer.

Alongside my role at ABB, in 2026 I earned the PMI-CPMAI certification and built three AI applications of my own, using RAG, agents, and MCP. I am happy to talk about AI and IoT product roles.

Global Product Specialist, Digital Solutions

ABB Quartino, Switzerland  – Present

  • Manage a global portfolio of digital SaaS solutions for connectivity and monitoring, and drive its positioning, adoption, and market development in more than 20 countries across EMEA and the Americas.
  • Evolve the solutions that monitor more than 1000 connected UPS units, working with cross-functional teams across the global organisation.
  • Identify and structure AI-enabled opportunities, such as predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, and failure pattern recognition, to strengthen the value proposition of the monitoring solutions.
  • Contribute to internal GenAI enablement, including Copilot-driven documentation workflows that make knowledge easier to find.

Digital Solutions Manager

Ponera Group Lugano, Switzerland  –

  • Led the end-to-end development of four IoT-enabled SaaS products as Product Owner, coordinating external software providers against scope, timeline, and quality targets.
  • Defined product requirements, functional specifications, and technical roadmaps, aligning business priorities with engineering execution.
  • Managed vendor selection and RFP/RFQ processes for software and hardware partners, supporting commercial and technical decisions.
  • Applied data analytics and ML-based modelling to the IoT data collected, to support service optimisation and data-driven decisions.

Randstad Leuven, Belgium  –

  • Worked as an external consultant on consultancy projects for Randstad’s clients, coordinating cross-functional delivery teams in data analytics, ML, cloud, and embedded software.
  • Managed planning, backlog prioritisation, stakeholder alignment, and delivery governance across several parallel projects.
  • Kept execution consistent through KPI tracking, risk management, and structured reporting.

  • Developed automation solutions with Python and RPA to streamline internal operational processes.
  • Designed and implemented databases and data pipelines for internal applications and reporting.

A SaaS application for managing a coin collection, with an AI assistant that helps manage it and automates tasks such as adding a new coin. Built end to end with Claude Code, whose workflow, execution, governance, and project-management skills work as a simulated product team across the whole development pipeline, through to production.

Career Conversation Chatbot

A chatbot that answers questions about the career on this page, in the visitor’s language. Demonstrates an agentic RAG system: several agents filter each question, retrieve the documents, write a professional answer, and send push notifications, while semantic vector search and BM25 lexical search run concurrently and are reranked with Cohere for precision.

Stock Portfolio Viewer

A local desktop application for analysing a personal stock portfolio from an Interactive Brokers account, with an AI assistant that gives feedback on it, in which every figure is computed by the application and only phrased by the model. Built with Claude Code skills and MCP servers, including shadcn’s, working from a Figma design.
